本項(xiàng)目坐標(biāo)上海,原場地是一個(gè)長方形,入口處室外屋頂為建筑機(jī)電設(shè)備平臺(tái)。委托人由于是要做藝術(shù)留學(xué)教育機(jī)構(gòu),所以要求室內(nèi)空間需要有明確的功能分區(qū),還需要一間能夠容納50人左右的展覽空間。由此,面對(duì)復(fù)雜的外部環(huán)境,設(shè)計(jì)師最初的概念是明確室內(nèi)外邊界,消隱室內(nèi)各個(gè)區(qū)域之間的界限。

設(shè)計(jì)師除卻必要的墻體外,其他外墻體全部拆除換成隔音玻璃,最大化的保證室內(nèi)曹光充足,運(yùn)用通透的圍擋景觀的分隔保證室內(nèi)的隱秘性。入口就是前臺(tái)和形象墻,  旁邊就是以玻璃隔斷的會(huì)客區(qū),消除人的局促感受。由玻璃圍合的通透教室,為適應(yīng)展覽和講座的功能,設(shè)計(jì)營造一個(gè)環(huán)形的廊道結(jié)合景觀的體塊,在空間中形成連續(xù)的循環(huán)交通。

連通的走廊,開放的大教室引入靈活的儲(chǔ)藏空間,滿足展覽之時(shí)收納桌椅的功能。材料上設(shè)計(jì)師采用原先老舊的木地板及條形磚,地面則隨機(jī)保留原有地磚與混凝土相結(jié)合。由于控制造價(jià)和工期的原因,一些細(xì)節(jié)與最初的概念有少許的偏差。但是欣慰的是,空間的使用者認(rèn)為設(shè)計(jì)建構(gòu)的空間建立在保證多樣可能性的前提下,可以激發(fā)營造有趣的氛圍,讓人在其中產(chǎn)生多樣的故事。
